Wines and Hard Ciders

What’s the difference?

Our wines and hard ciders begin life as the same product, aging in oak whiskey barrels. Our hard ciders are taken directly from the barrel to the jug with minimal filtering, giving a much oakier, more raw flavor. These are traditional hard ciders, so they are less sweet than a commercial canned or bottled hard cider.

Our wines are taken from that raw state and go through an extensive filtering process, making them much smoother and shelf-stable. Being apple wines, they are very different from traditional grape wines.

All of our wines and hard ciders are 12-14% alcohol with the exception of the 8%, making them much stronger in flavor and bite than a commercial hard cider.
